my wonderful son and his girlfriend

my son and his girlfriend are staying this week it is so good to see them havent seen him for a year and a half due to work and living 250 mile away though i text him every day its not the same as seeing them both its been a wonderful week and still 4 days to go so a lot more days out to be had before they go home but they have work commitments and have to be go back on tuesday will be counting the days till they come back next year though we may get to see them before even if its only a day trip over to them

this has been our guest for today hes been playing in the garden all afternoon with 6 of his friends

monday 10th may sewing project

tried out my new sewing machine and made a bag just love it the pattern is by melly and me changed the handles a bit from the pattern hope you like it

bought the bigz sizzix die this week and had a little play last night

been playing with a stamp i bought ages ago and found in the drawer

this is a box ive been making all week thought i would use it for my sewing bits and bobs

thursday 06th may

decided to get back into my sewing so found a lovely little sewing shop not far from where i live and had a bit of a spend the patterns are by melly and me and just love the chickens

its tulip time here they were all looking good yesterday after last nights rain they are all laied down this morning
