As most of you no I am an avid pincushion collector I also love to make vintage ones mostly from the Victorian era ....im also a  big history fan to so like to read up on the history of Victorian ladies and there sewing,

As a lot of you no i am  abig heartfelt creations fan ...and am loving the flip fold album, this one is a work in prorgess as there is so much space to fill

this is another matchbox I created yesterday, I have a bit of a thing about matchbox art

its been an awful windy day today so decided to try some flowers with the Arianna blooms dies and stamps, these are some of my favourite dies to work with

i love mt matchbox art ive made this one using the katysue steam punk mould which are just the right size to make trinkets to pop in a matchbox

paperartsy rubber stamps

first time of trying the paperartsy stamps and fresco chalk paints i really like them need more practise with the paints as the colour is so strong, so  less is more

welcome to a new month and a new blog post
i saw a vintage matchbox pincushion and really wanted to have a go at making my own i love all things vintage, so was right up my street hope you enjoy seeing the pictures of the finished item
thank goodness for the tim holtz matchbox die one of my favourite dies of all time

happy Saturday  where has the first month of the new year gone......nights are getting lighter and there's a strange orange circle in the sky it must be the sun which is nice to see

here's a couple of baskets ive been making this week. I got the idea from create and craft stuart hillard from the great British sewing bee was making them so though I would try them out as woman can never have to many baskets
